Head of Clinical & Regulatory

Every serious conversation in health runs through regulatory credibility. This seat turns our biggest gap into our hardest-to-copy moat.

  • Own the MHRA pathway — Class I registration now, Class IIa post-RCT
  • Run the clinical safety case (DCB0129), hazard log and DTAC pack
  • Operate the clinical advisory board
  • Clinical sign-off on everything we ship — nothing overclaims, ever

You: regulatory affairs or clinical safety in UK digital health — you've taken SaMD through MHRA/UKCA and you move at startup speed.

Founding Commercial Lead — Health Partnerships

Health B2B cycles run 6–12 months. The pipeline you start now is the revenue the company runs on next year.

  • Own the prescriber pipeline — telehealth platforms, clinics, pharmacies
  • Run employer and insurer pilots with our clinical partners
  • Execute PMPM pricing; keep the CRM honest and the board report real
  • First ten deals founder-assisted — then the pipeline is yours

You: health-tech or med-tech BD with clinic or payer relationships. Hungry operator over polished enterprise rep.

Senior Platform Engineer — API & Data

The API is the product. You'll take LeanShield from in-app engine to the infrastructure partners build on.

  • Productise the LeanShield Score API — auth, versioning, webhooks, sandbox, docs
  • Own multi-tenant dashboard infrastructure
  • Build the data pipeline: apps → warehouse → score service
  • Drive security posture — pen-test remediation, Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001

You: senior backend/platform engineer who has shipped a commercial API under compliance constraints — fintech or healthtech ideal.

Clinical Data Scientist

In health B2B, evidence is the sales engine. You own the numbers that move us from "app" to "standard".

  • Own score validation, versioned improvements and performance monitoring
  • Run case-study and RCT analysis with the University of Cambridge
  • Author the methodology white paper; co-author the publications
  • Set the de-identification standard for research and commercial datasets

You: PhD/MSc in epidemiology, biostatistics or health data science, with publications — and happy being the first data scientist in the building.
