Cadbury (9.2%) was the most-logged treat brand, ahead of Walkers (7.4%). Warburtons was logged by more than three times as many members as Hovis.

Supermarket own labels lead overall: the Tesco name alone was logged by about 3 in 10 food loggers (30%). Brand names are as members logged them, so a brand logged under a product name can be missed.

What this means

The brands people log most are everyday staples: bread, chocolate, crisps and protein. Logging them is the habit that matters, not cutting them out.
